Service

We provide tools that turn audio and video into other audio and video, using a mix of in-house pipelines and third-party AI services. The service is offered “as is” — features can change.

Your content

• You own everything you upload and everything we generate from it.
• You guarantee you have the rights to upload it and use the output.
• We do not claim a licence to your content beyond running the job you asked for.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, no impersonation, no targeting of identifiable people without consent.
• No content that violates the AI provider's policies (e.g. CSAM, deceptive deepfakes).
• Don't try to break the site, exhaust our budgets, or extract internal prompts.
• We reserve the right to suspend an account that repeatedly trips abuse limits.

Public beta

• The product is offered during a public beta: behaviour, limits, and pricing may change. See /beta for current programme details.
• Paid plans onlyfor studio access: there is no advertised $0 product tier. After sign-in you may see a “not subscribed” state until you complete checkout for Pro or Founding.
• We may enforce caps on new accounts, new subscription trials, and Founding paid members; when a cap is full, checkout may be refused until limits are raised or seats free up, per the policy shown at checkout time.

Credits and billing

• Subscriptions renew until you cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Metered AI (transcription, chat, images, editorial packs) uses your own API keys (BYOK); OpenAI and Anthropic bill you directly for that usage.
• Optional internal bonus credits (top-ups, grants) roll over and apply only where the product still debits the ledger; they do not replace BYOK for model calls.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for the current period are at our discretion — email us if a render failed and we'll make it right.
• Pricing can change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — those are honoured to the extent legally required.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from /account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with email notice when feasible.
