Public beta — paid access, honest limits
Neural Video Engine is live software, not shrink-wrapped v1.0. During the beta we ship quickly, tune economics, and may enforce capacity limits so the service stays supportable.
What “beta” means here
The tools we rely on can occasionally glitch, slow down, or change without notice. You may see incomplete polish or confusing errors. We ship fixes regularly; report issues via the contact on /help.
- • Workflows, pricing, and integrations can change.
- • Things may be slow during peak hours.
- • The interface may shift between visits as we iterate.
Paid plans only
We do not sell a $0 “Free” product tier on /pricing. Studio tools require an active paidsubscription (Pro, Founding, or a legacy tier). After you sign in with a magic link you may see an internal “not subscribed” state until you complete Stripe checkout — that is expected, not a hidden free product.
Seat limits
During the beta we may cap new accounts, new trial subscriptions, and Founding 100 seats so the service stays supportable. When a cap is full, new founding checkouts are refused until seats free up. Existing founding subscribers keep their seat and can renew without consuming a new one.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is required for AI features: add your OpenAI key (and optionally Anthropic) under Account. Those providers bill you directly for model usage. Your subscription covers the engine and workflows — not your AI bill.
Fine print
Definitions and limits in force for your session are those shown at sign-in, checkout, and in Terms of service.
